Demolition and site work for a clubhouse / community center in Kahului, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 1,450-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
**As of June 13, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded next week.** The work generally consists of demolishing an existing, partially burnt and partially collapsed one-story wooden building of approximately 1,450 sf area with asphalt roof, and wooden decks, ramps and stairs. The estimated construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. To be eligible to submit a Bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor's license classification (s) A or B . Bid results will be posted outside Room 422, Kalanimoku Building, 1151 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii or online. The Contract Award notice will be posted at online. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
