Village of Hebron Culvert Replacement Project Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the Licking County Commissioners or by certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the aforesaid Licking County Commissioners. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority of the official or agent signing the bond. Attention of bidders is called to all the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provision and Davis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, and various equal opportunity provisions. This contract issubject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended 12 U.S.C. 1701u. Contractors should be aware of the regulations and reporting requirements associated with Section 3. Build America Buy America Act (BABA) will apply No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Licking County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
