A brief description of the required work is as follows: Mill and resurface with 1.00" of Item 441, Asphalt Concrete Surface Course, Type 1, (448), PG64-22 for various roads within the Hartman Farms Subdivision. Approximate total length: 3,040' with varying surface width. Bids shall be sealed and marked as "Union Township Road Resurfacing and Maintenance Project Bid Hartman Farms Subdivision." Bidders who submit a bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office. Bids from Bidders who are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as being non-responsive. Plan Holders are requested to provide an e-mail address if they wish to receive addenda and other information electronically. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Licking County and Union Township, Ohio as determined by The Ohio Department of Industrial Relations.
