EllisDon is the Construction Manager for the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation (TWRC) Port Lands Flood Protection and Enabling Infrastructure Project (PLFPEI). EllisDon invites eligible companies, firms or joint ventures to submit proposals for the washroom accessories for the project, located in the City of Toronto. This work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Adhere to all requirements in applicable specification sections. Most notably: 09 91 00.10 - Painting- Architectural Most notably: 09 67 23 - Resinous Flooring (as separate pricing Appendix E) Subcontractor to include for all interior painting as identified in the contract documents (exterior paint is not included in this subcontract). Subcontractor to include for prime and finish coat for all HM doors and frames Subcontractor to include for all resinous flooring applications with all accessories, leveling, sloping, and coves etc needed for complete installation (including tactile surfacing) - to be provided as separate pricing in Appendix E Subcontractor to thoroughly inspect all surfaces and work areas to ensure the areas are suitable for application. Subcontractor to include for any testing necessary to confirm acceptable conditions for application. Subcontractor to include for any MPI related costs as required by the specifications. Subcontractor to include for any protection of adjacent structures that do not received finishes. Subcontractor to include for 40 extra hours of paint touch ups for damage by others, and 1 additional week of scaffolding, at end of project. EllisDon reserves the right to cancel, waive or combine with alternate packages all or part of the scope, or to re-advertise this solicitation with either an identical or revised scope at any time.
