**As of July 9, 2025, the project was awarded to Fortiline Meter Solutions, with an awarded amount of $826,802.52.** **Per Addendum 6 "The scheduled bid opening on May 6, 2025 was a non-opening due to not receiving the requisite three bids. The project is being re-advertised, and the new bid opening is scheduled for Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 2:00 pm and will be received at the Rowland Town Hall, 202 West Main Street, Rowland, NC 28383." The project consists of construction of a new headworks structure that includes a manual and mechanical bar screen along with a new grit removal system. This project will also include the construction of a new influent pump station, including wet well, valve vault, pumps, and piping as well as the replacement of the effluent pumps, installation of new aerators and miscellaneous concrete repairs at the lagoon, electrical and SCADA upgrades, and the removal of the 3,300 wet tons of sludge from the lagoon.
