The project includes but is not limited to milling and resurfacing of town streets including portions of 9th Street, 2nd Street, Vine Street, 3rd Street, 4th Street, and Locust Street. Additionally concrete sidewalk and ramp improvements are included, and all other work required for the completion of the project.
