The improvements proposed for this project include construction of an asphalt trail extension from the existing Greenways Trail at Randolph St and Plymouth-Goshen Trail into Price's Park. The project includes a boardwalk bridge crossing the Elmer-Seltenright Ditch. The Bid Documents are comprised of a set of Plans and a Project Manual The work to be performed and the bid to be submitted shall include sufficient and proper sums for all general construction, mechanical installation, labor, materials, permits, licenses, insurance, and so forth incidental to and required for the construction of the facilities.
