Renovation of a municipal facility in Belmont, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project shall include, but not be limited to the following: Demolition of existing interior walls, doors, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Interior reconfigurations and new finishes, including new 2-stop elevator between floors and new convenience stair. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades, including new 600amp electrical service, new all-electric HVAC, and new fire sprinkler service. Site improvements, including new driveway, new site walkways, new landscaping and irrigation, and re-paving existing parking lots. Removal and replacement of existing composite shingle roof with new composite shingle roof, including new gutters and downspouts. Repair of existing exterior finishes where necessary for new doors and windows, re-paint entire exterior of building. The project is located at 2960 Hallmark Drive, Belmont, CA 94002. Rodan Builders is the selected lease-lease back developer for the project. The last day to submit RFI's is 9/18/25 @ 12:00pm.
