Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Belmont, California. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool; and for outdoor lighting for a swimming pool.
The Project consists of: This project involves the installation of four new 50-foot lighting poles within the planter area located at the outer corners of the pool, including associated architectural, structural, and electrical work as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Sequoia Union High School District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Form and Proposal The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. 1.
