Seal Coat Roads in Henry County - 2025 Bids will be evaluated based upon inspection, testing, quality, workmanship, delivery, and suitability for particular purpose. a. It is the responsibility of a Bidder to ensure its bid complies with Indiana law. Each Bidder's proposal shall be accompanied by a properly completed Form 96, as prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts, the Non-Collusion Affidavit, the Bid Bond, Bidders Financial Statement, Employment Eligibility Verification, and the Drug Testing Program Compliance. The Bid Bond may be a certified check or acceptable Bidder's Bond, made payable to the Henry County Auditor, in a sum of not less than ten percent of the total amount of the proposal, which check, or bond will be held by the Henry County Auditor as evidence that the Bidder will, if awarded a Contract, enter into a Contract with the County upon notification to do so within ten days of the notification. Failure to execute the Contract and to furnish the performance bond to Henry County, Indiana, will be cause for forfeiture of the amount of money represented by the certified check, or Bid Bond as and for liquidated damages. The Commissioners, when permissible, reserve the right to waive all informalities in the bidding
