Site work and paving for a road / highway in Webster, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of June 11, 2025. Project was awarded to Monarch Paving in the amount $28,393.10. The Town of Jackson is seeking sealed bids for asphalt paving at Town of Jackson facilities located at 4599 County Road A Webster WI 54893. Approach to highway building approximate size 76 feet by 30 feet. Parking area at fire hall approximate size 133 feet x 38 feet. 40 foot x 40 foot air ambulance landing pad. Compacted blacktop surface is to be 2-1/2 inches thick. Contractor to perform final grading, compacting and moisture content control prior to applying hot/warm mix surface. Surfacing work is to be coordinated with town representatives and must be completed by August 15, 2025. Bids are due on April 14, 2025, and will be opened at the monthly Town Board meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. that evening. Valid certificate of insurance must be presented with bids. The Town of Jackson reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portion thereof, to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid, and to accept any bid which will best serve its interest.
