The improvement consists of: Demolition, erosion control, limestone trail, clearing, grading, excavation, import soil, mitigation planting, seeding, culverts, bridges, retaining walls, site restoration, job site security, and all other work as specified. Price Range: $3,500,000 to $4,500,000 All proposals must be on the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
