The Town of Barrington N.H. is requesting competitive quotes for the refinishing of the concrete floor in one of its maintenance buildings located at 226 Smoke Street in Barrington N.H. This work would be located in the front garage facility. The current concrete floor is structurally sound, but it has a moderate amount of surface defects and salt deterioration. The area to be repaired is approximately 2,235 square feet. All prospective bidders are responsible for taking their own measurements and arranging a project walk through with the Road Agent. Materials and workmanship are to be warranted in writing for a minimum of one calendar year from date of completion. Work is to be completed by September 1st, 2025 unless specified otherwise by the Road Agent. Responses to questions will be provided in writing via e-mail on or before April 11, 2025. The Select Board is expected to award the bid at the April 21, 2025 Select Board meeting.
