Reference Number 0000289919 Question Acceptance Deadline 09-Apr-2025 12:00:00 PM EDT Bid Intent Deadline 17-Apr-2025 12:00:00 PM EDT 2.1 The Work will involve the supply and delivery of Kidde & Amerex fire suppression system parts, as required, to be used in Metrolinx's fleet of heavy-duty coaches operating in suburban and highway service. 2.2 The work will be divided into two (2) packages: (a) Package 1: Supply and Delivery of Kidde Parts (b) Package 2: Supply and Delivery of Amerex Parts 2.3 Vendors will have the option to bid on one (1) or both packages. Satisfactorily completed or is satisfactorily performing in the sole opinion of Metrolinx, a contract for work similar in scope, magnitude and complexity as "the Work of this Contract". Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
