Question Deadline 04/04/2025 at 12:00 PM ET The intent of this quote is to secure pricing for a period of one (1) year (“Initial Term”) with four (4) optional one (1) year renewal terms (“Optional Renewal Periods”) at the sole discretion of County. The primary service need for junk removal will is disposal or broken and/or obsolete office furniture and equipment that HCJFS has not been able to be disposed of through the Hamilton County Auction from HCJFS administrative sites or warehouses to a properly licensed solid waste facility. Junk removal service shall involve the following requirements: Contractor shall be capable of removing all manner of large furniture, including but not limited to desks, chairs, tables, file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
