Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tega Cay, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Tega Cay is accepting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to complete sidewalk removal and repairs at various locations in the City. Remove and dispose of approximately 2,000 SF of 4" thick sidewalk. o Initiate all utility locates. o Remove (saw cut) any visible tree roots in the project area. o Repair any damage to any private property during the project, including but not limited to irrigation and landscaping, driveways, grass, mailboxes, hardscapes, utility lines, invisible fencing. o Replace with 4" of 3000psi concrete. o Deploy any and all traffic (pedestrian and vehicular) control devices. o Dispose of concrete debris and concrete/soil spoils. o Removal of all form boards. o Using proper backfill. Mulch or grass. o Resident complaint and conflict resolution including preconstruction notification to residents. A Payment and Performance Bonds may be required to be submitted to the City by the Contractor once the bid has been awarded and before work may begin All questions pertaining to this request for bid must be submitted in writing by emailing cholland@tegacaysc.gov no later than 5:00 PM (EST) on April 17, 2025. Only written questions will be considered formal. All Q and A will be posted on the City Website under the bid announcement. The City of Tega Cay reserves the right without prejudice to reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals received, to waive all technicalities, or to negotiate any term(s) or provision(s) of such proposals. Such rejection, waiver, or negotiation shall be accomplished in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the City. It also reserves the right to be the sole judge of the suitability of any and all proposals for use by the City. The City of Tega Cay reserves the right to reject or otherwise disregard, in whole or in part, any ambiguous proposals or proposals which are uncertain as to terms, delivery, quantity of compliance with specifications.
