This is for a procurement for Installation of Automated Reclosers, FEMA Branch-Line HMP-Installation of Automated Reclosers as specifically set forth in the RFP documentation. PSEG Long Island LLC ("PSEG Long Island" or "PSEG LI"), and its wholly owned subsidiary, Long Island Electric Utility Servco LLC ("Servco") will administer the RFP on behalf of LIPA and its wholly-owned subsidiary Long Island Lighting Company d/b/a LIPA ("LIPA" or "Company") and will enter into any contract awarded pursuant to the RFP as agent of and acting on behalf of Company. All information concerning the RFP will be posted on the PowerAdvocate web site. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted as set forth in the RFP. Servco will post Proposers questions and Servco's responses on the PowerAdvocate web site. The designated contact information for the RFP is provided below. Except as otherwise stated in the RFP, no other contact with Company's, PSEG Long Island's or Servco's board, trustees, employees or consultants regarding the RFP is allowed during the RFP process. Violation of this requirement may be grounds for disqualification from the RFP process. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
