Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the scope of work and it is highly recommended to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. After the award of contract, a pre-conference will be held prior to starting the work at Coast Guard Base Galveston. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to remove and replace in kind Hot Water Heater for Multi Mission Building at Base Galveston. All work is to be completed in accordance with the scope of work. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will not be issued.
