Boone County and Participating Agencies, hereafter referred to as "the County" or "the Cooperative", proposes to contract with an individual(s) or organization(s), hereinafter referred to as "Contractor" for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and supervision to provide a Cooperative Term and Supply contract for the delivery of Bituminous Asphalt Mixtures. All Bids submitted shall be FOB Destination. Materials will be delivered OR picked up on an "as needed" basis at the request of Boone County Road & Bridge or City of Columbia Public Works. Delivery addresses are as follows: Boone County Road & Bridge Department, 5551 Tom Bass Road, Columbia, MO City of Columbia Public Works Department, 1313 Lakeview Avenue, Columbia, MO Contract Period - Any Contract resulting from this Bid will be effective from May 1, 2025, through August 31, 2025, with the option to renew subsequent 4- month periods, exercised separately per entity, and not to exceed eight (8) periods.
