The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 1, 2025, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Spence & Moriarity WMA (Wildlife Management Area) and Whiskey Basin WHMA (Wildlife Habitat Management Area) Fencing Project, located east of Dubois, WY. Project Description: This project will consist of five sections of fence replacement on the Spence and Moriarity WMA approximately ten miles east of Dubois, WY and on the Whiskey Basin Area WHMA approximately five miles southeast of Dubois, WY. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the online website by 1:00 p.m. MT on April 17, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the online or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on April 24, 2025. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 17, 2025, will not be addressed. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
