Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Cheyenne (City) is requesting letters of proposal from experienced Design firms to design a new restroom/concessions building to include new bleacher/viewing area and backstop fencing at the Dunbar Ball Field, located in the southern portion of Lions Park at Carey Avenue and 8th Avenue in the City of Cheyenne, WY.
