Laramie County Community College located in Cheyenne, WY seeks bids for the following project. The scope of the project encompasses the design, procurement, installation, and programming of equipment to replace the audio-visual system in the Union Pacific Centennial Room (CCI 129 and CCI 130). The Union Pacific Centennial Room (CCI 129 and CCI 130) is a 4,510-square-foot conference and multi-use space located in the Center for Conferences & Institutes (CCI) Building at Laramie County Community College, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The work includes providing all labor, materials, accessories, incidentals, services, and equipment necessary to complete the project as specified in the Bid Documents. Please note- awarding of the bid is contingent upon the LCCC Board of Trustees approval of the FY26 Budget at the July, 16, 2025 meeting. All equipment to include a one (1) at minimum warranty period, warranty period does not begin until Substantial Completion of project has been achieved.
