Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project will consist of topsoil stripping/placement, excavation, gravel placement, rip rap, a concrete boat ramp, and seeding necessary to construct a new boat ramp and parking area at Wheatland Reservoir #3. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the online All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the online or in the form of a written addendum posted on May 6, 2025. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check
