Scope of Work: The Work of this Project is generally described as the partial demolition of Lift Station (LS) No. 22and construction services for the new Haines City Master Lift Station (MLS) No. 22.The project includes:1. Demolishing part of LS No. 22 to include removing both pumps, piping, valves, supports, electrical controls, all panels, conduit, wire, utility services, all relocated boxes, plumbing, electrical wiring, and appurtenances.2. Constructing MLS No. 22 in a new location with a new wet well, master manhole, concrete slab, retaining wall, access drive, fencing, transmission line tie-in, new submersible pumps, piping, valving, controls, and electrical appurtenances including power supply control panel, power meter, surge protection, main breaker panel, disconnects, transformer, switches, relays, floats, and accessories meeting the Citys design standards.3. Installing a new doghouse master manhole and connecting it with the new wet well and existing gravity collection system.4. Installing a new radar level sensor, float switches, a light pole with a light-emitting diode (LED)fixture, adjustable-speed drives (ASDs) on each of the three pumps, meter disconnect, main breaker, automatic transfer switch (ATS) enclosure, demarcation panel, load center, test well, cabling, and associated accessories.5. Installing ductwork, drain piping, power, and potable water for a future odor-control system for MLS No. 22 to treat foul air from the lift station wet well and master manhole.6. Purchasing and installing a new diesel-powered bypass pump.
