**As of June 16, 2025, the project was awarded to Valencia Construction Group, with an awarded amount of $4,599,600.30.** Scope of Work: The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for Construction of four (4) Rapid Infiltration Basins (RIBs) with an option for an additional three (3) RIBs. The Project consists of an operational rapid infiltration basin (RIB) system and includes: 1. Construction of the four (4) westernmost rapid infiltration basin cells, four (4) overflow structures, and four (4) access ramps to RIB cells. 2. Installation of piping, valves, meter assembles, electrical, controls, and appurtenances necessary for seven (7) proposed RIB cells. 3. Installation of stabilized slopes and berms, 4. Installation of HDPE liner system on RIB berms, 5. Construction of accessway improvements for entire site, 6. Construction of the stormwater management system for the entire site. 7. Construction of irrigation valve station necessary for seven (7) proposed RIB cells and irrigation system piping four (4) westernmost RIB cells. 8. Construction of an irrigation system, flow meter assembly modifications, and associated electrical and controls for the two (2) existing Forest Hills rapid infiltration basins. 9. Construction of flow meter assembly modifications, and associated electrical and controls for the two (2) existing Southern Dunes rapid infiltration basins. 10. All other construction, equipment, materials, and appurtenances required to provide the City of Haines City with a complete and operational Rapid Infiltration Basin system. 11. Excess soils from Robinson Drive RIB excavation to be stored on eastern portion of the site. 12. Bid Alternate #1: The above items (#1 through #10) AND construction of the three (3) easternmost rapid infiltration basin cells, piping, appurtenances and overflow structures necessary for the operation of the three easternmost (3) RIB cells; construction of (3) access ramps, and HDPE liner system on (3) RIB cell berms.
