** As of 07/03/2025 project has been awarded to Scozzari Builders, Inc. with an awarded amount of $14,471,365.37.** Trentons Ninth Grade Academy Interior Renovations As part of the new HVAC Control/Building Management System work, the Contractor shall install new controls in full compliance with this specification. Contractor shall also refer to the accompanying Control Details which describe network topology, input/output point requirements, wiring and termination descriptions and connectivity to new and existing equipment. The newly installed DDC systems shall conform to the point lists, sequences and schematics on the attached drawings and sketches. The Control Contractor shall furnish and install new I/P based DDC Controls for the new and existing HVAC equipment as described. No bid packages will be mailed. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the TRENTON Board of Education, for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, however, not to exceed $20,000.00. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any non-responsive bids or all bids, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions, that may be in the best interest of the Board.
