Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to insert revised attachment J-1 Performance Work Statement_24 April 2025, which amends para 1.5. This requirement will be a 100% Small Business set-aside. Procurement Description: The 87th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey 08641 is procuring maintenance and repair services of vertical lifting fabric hangar doors. The initial period of performance will be 1 October 2025 through 30 September 2026, and there will be four additional option periods of year each. The solicitation will result in a new Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract awarded to the offeror providing the best value to the Government. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide, maintenance and repair of vertical lifting fabric hangar doors in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, with a small business size standard of $12,500,000.00. Period of Performance (PoP): The anticipated PoPs are as follows: Base Period, Twelve (12) Month PoP from 01 Oct 2025 through 30 Sept 2026. Option Year 1, Twelve (12) Month PoP from 01 Oct 2026 through 30 Sept 2027. Option Year 2, Twelve (12) Month PoP from 01 Oct 2027 through 30 Sept 2028. Option Year 3, Twelve (12) Month PoP from 01 Oct 2028 through 30 Sept 2029. Option Year 4, Twelve (12) Month PoP from 01 Oct 2029 through 30 Sept 2030.
