Questions, requests for information or clarification will be accepted until March 20, 2025 at 12: 00 PM EST. Quantities are estimates only. Should an award be issued, the City of Chattanooga shall guarantee no minimum or maximum amount purchased during the lifetime of the agreement. The resulting agreement to the awarded supplier will be a four (4) year agreement. The City of Chattanooga reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive any informality in the bids received, and to accept any bids which in its opinion may be for the best interest of the City. This shall be a four (4) year blanket agreement to supply Fencing Repairs, Installation, and Rentals for the varies of location throughout the City of Chattanooga.
