Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
To provide all labour, equipment and materials for the Gravel Road Upgrades, Surface Treatment and Preservation project within the City of Ottawa. The successful Tenderer shall Complete the Work as defined in GC1.06 by Friday, the 24th day of October 2025. The amount of the Tender deposit shall equal at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Tender Price. The successful Tenderer and its surety shall provide: a) a performance bond signed and sealed by the Tenderers surety; and b) a labour and material payment bond signed and sealed by the Tenderers surety; c) each in the amount of at least fifty percent (50%) of the total Tender price. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Contract, the City shall have the right to: a) accept any Tender; b) reject any Tender; and c) reject all Tenders. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
