2025 West 2 Resurfacing. At the time of tendering, the Tenderer shall submit, with its Tender, a deposit in the form of an electronic bid bond from the Tenderer's surety in favour of the City of Ottawa. The amount of the Tender deposit shall equal at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Tender Price. Summary of Work The scope of work identified below shall be executed in conjunction with the detail sheet D-CP001026-01 provided for a complete scope of work and is subject to change. Road A: DWYERHILL RD (OR 3) FROM 20 North of PURDY RD TO FRANKTOWN RD (OR 12) = 2802m Dwyer Hill Rd is an Arterial Road. The speed limit is 80km/hr. This Section of Dwyer Hill Rd is a truck route, is not a City Bus Route, and is not local Cycle Route, however cycling accommodation or detouring must be maintained and identified in the Traffic Management Plan. The general scope of work is as follows: - Resurface a full depth pulverize and pave, a full partial depth mill and pave strategy. - Install Safety Edges with surface course - Reinstate existing Pavement Markings Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
