Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
To provide all labour, equipment and materials for the Cyrville Depot north and south salt domes structural repairs, (the "Work"). The successful Bidder shall achieve Completion of the Work no later than 1 November 2025. A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, in the form of an electronic bid bond, is required with this RFT. Performance security will be required from the successful Bidder prior to the execution of a Contract or the issuance of a purchase order. Such performance security will be a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price from a surety company in a form that is acceptable to the City. The City may accept any Bid, whether it is the lowest or not, or may reject any or all Bids. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
