Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Design and construct / rehab roadway and sidewalk from Broadway to Lexington as well as install a traffic signal at New Madrid and Sprigg. Design and install new water main from Broadway to Bertling. Repair and rehab portions of sanitary sewer main as needed. (Proj #6286) This project is included in the city's 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 4, 2025, project is funded for FY2025-2026 with construction set to begin mid-2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
