For the demolition and cleanup of one (1) airport hangar building and one (1) condemned residential structure. Scope of Work: 1. Remove all asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in accordance with Missouri Department of Natural Resources regulations. 2. Completely demolish and remove one-story, three-part aircraft hangar. 3. Remove all foundations, footings, slabs, steps, and walkways within the building footprint. 4. Remove, and properly and legally dispose of, all rubbish and debris from site. 5. Deposit clean fill and grade site.
