the heating, ventilation and air cooling (HVAC) system Upgrade/Replacement Project. The project will require upgrade/replacement of our current HVAC system at the Health Center located at 1121 Linden Street, Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The Health Center will entertain and evaluate all qualified and deemed appropriate proposals that meet the specific criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Anticipated work would include preliminary evaluation of current HVAC system and cost estimates for upgrade/replacement (including removal of failed equipment), adherence to building codes, final design services, preparation of plans, and construction management services.
