There are several section of concrete settling around the east, and south, entrances of the Ernie Lee Magaha Building that are not ADA compliant. As a result of this, the County needs to replace, or repair, these sections and rehabilitate others to prevent future settling. Scope of Work or Project Details It's the intent of the County for a contractor to remove and reset all the brick around the Courtyard to stop settling. The contractor will also have the option to remove the brick, replace it with concrete, stamp and stain it in a brick pattern so the existing contrast will remain. The contractor will need to verify if a permit with the City of Pensacola will be required since this project is considered maintenance. Work will need to be substantially complete within 60 days from the Notice to Proceed. Contractor will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond and a current Certificate of Insurance if awarded the Project. Contractor will be required to submit a W9, proof of insurance, and current license at the time the quote is submitted. The County will award as an "All or None" Project.
