The Owner assumes no responsibility to supply Builders Exchanges and similar plan review rooms with all addenda issued. An attempt will be made to do so; however, only registered plan holders will be notified of expected Addendum with short preparation times. All bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the Village of Silverton as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage & Hour Administration. The Village of Silverton reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any part thereof This work includes roadway improvements on Holman Circle and the installation of water facilities by the Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) on Holman Circle. The total roadway improvements (A+B on the Bid Form) will be considered to determine the lowest and best. Silverton will review the roadway bid totals. GCWW will review the respective water bid items. It is preferred that Silverton and GCWW be in agreement as to the lowest and best, however Silverton will make the determination
