Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work primarily consists of adding a 1,200 GPM well, a 400,000 gallon glass lined ground storage tank, two (2) 15,000 gallon hydropneumatic tanks, three (3) 500 gpm booster pumps and one (1) 250 gpm booster pump with concrete pad, a 600kW generator with concrete pad, installation of a new concrete driveway, MCC and chemical building, as well as all necessary electrical appurtenances. Question Deadline 04/11/2025 at 12:00 PM CT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents must be submitted to the Engineer in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the opening of bids. QA - 4/11/2025 Please see meeting agenda/minutes from the pre-bid, the number of days will now be part of the bid form for the contractor to fill in. This will be considered as part of the value to the client.
