Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Canton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Work will consist of furnishing all services, labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform work as per plans and specifications set forth by the Owner. The project will consist of the construction of a new restroom at Petros Lake Park in Perry Township, Stark County, Ohio. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing on the outside, the name and address of bidder and the name of the project, "Petros Lake Park Restroom Project". Stark Parks owns and manages Petros Lake Park in Perry Township, Stark County Ohio. The Petros Lake Park Restroom Project is to construct a new restroom facility. The project shall be completed in accordance with the Project Specifications and Plans/Drawings (D-1). Payment for all labor, mobilization, equipment and materials for the project shall be included in the lump sum bid price. All questions shall be submitted by email to the Stark County Park District (sbuell@starkparks.com). The last day questions will be accepted is Wednesday, April 9 2:00 PM before the bids are due. Final addendum will be issued 72 hours prior to the bid due date.
