Renovation of a municipal facility in New Haven, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The 360 Management Group is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide a full redesign of the existing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC system servicing approximately 32 units within our facility. The objective is to enhance efficiency, meet current building codes, and optimize overall system performance. All questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than October 7, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. EST using the 360 Managements Collaboration Portal website To submit questions, you must register as an Interested Respondent. All proposals submitted must conform to the requirements specified in the Instructions to Offerors, General Contract Conditions, and any/all other requirements contained herein, all of which form a part of the Request for Proposals by reference. The VRF system located at Chatham Street is failing with no permanent repair in sight. We are requesting for the existing system to be reviewed for flaws and a design team to present a new system design for replacement.
