Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond, bank draft, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of 10% of Bid, made payable to the owner. Project consists of preparing the existing metal roof for applica-for Menard County, Illinois. Portion of fluid applied coating, including patching, sealing screw heads and seams cleaning, and application of a warranted coating to waterproof the roof. The Successful Bidder will be required to provide Surety Performance Bond and -Labor and Material Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the contract cost on pre-fic. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserves2. Bid Deposit in the amount of 10% of Bid. the right to waive any irregularity in bidding, which in their considered opinion is Not less than the prevailing wage rate as determined by the Illinois Department warranted. No bid shall be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after opening of bids with-of Labor pursuant to Illinois Revised Statutes, Ch. 489, Sec. 395-1 et. seq.out written consent of the Owner.
