Scope of Work. The successful bidder will provide all services and permits necessary to produce stockpiles of crushed aggregate in OSU's 470 Pit. This work will include, but not be limited to: o Review and understand contract and specifications o Attend site visit(s) to discuss plan of operations o Confirm clearing limits, waste site(s), and stockpile site(s) o Identify resource concerns o Submit plan(s) (mandatory details listed in technical specifications 14) and schedule of operations o Obtain permits and submit required notifications o Prepare pit for operations o Drill o Test Blast o Blast o Monitor and submit required reports o Crush rock to specified gradations and quantities o Sample for gradation and adjust crushing operations to meet specifications o Stockpile aggregates and report quantities o Initiate timely invoices o Contract close-out and clean-up QUESTION DEADLINE: April 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM PT
