Renovation of an educational facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 211,747-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
The Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board is seeking a qualified contractor to provide exterior building upgrades at St. Patrick High School. Contractor to provide a building permit to remove, supply and install new exterior aluminum windows & flashing, and interior sills for each window as indicated on the plans and specifications, parging repairs, brick re-pointing, new aluminum vestibule doors and camera with Kantech card reader. Work to be completed only on the original portion on Selkirk St. wing, indicated on the drawings. Hours of work should include for evenings/weekends during school occupancy.
