This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the provision of labour and equipment for the curbside collection of leaf and yard waste. The Contractor will be responsible for: Collecting curbside leaf and yard waste from residential and multi-residential buildings during the spring and in the fall collection periods. Transporting all collect material to either: o The Solid Waste and Recycling Facility Leaf and Yard Waste Compost Area at 5405 Mapleward Road, or o An alternate location within 50km of 5405 Mapleward Road (as designated by the City) All curbside leaf and yard waste collected must be weighed for reporting purposes.
