Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC) is inviting qualified Proponents to submit proposals for the overhaul and modernization of two (2) hydraulic elevators, a passenger elevator and a freight elevator located at the ICR Discoveries site (290 Munro Street, Thunder Bay, Ontario). This project includes the upgrade of power supply and control systems, safety equipment, hydraulic systems, elevator cabs, door mechanisms, and hall fixtures to ensure regulatory compliance and energy-efficient, accessible, and reliable operation. The scope of work must meet all relevant Ontario codes and standards, including TSSA regulations, the Elevating Devices Code Adoption Document (CAD), the Ontario Building Code, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). Proponents must hold a valid TSSA contractor license and provide proof of insurance and WSIB clearance.
