Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bridgewater, Vermont. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town of Bridgewater is soliciting sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors for the construction of a sand shed at the town garage. Work to be performed under this project includes: 1. Excavation of the proposed building footprint. 2. Construction of the proposed sand shed (as shown on the plans). 3. Installation of proposed electrical wiring. 4. Site grading. 5. Placement of new seed and topsoil. Construction shall be completed on or before September 14, 2025 We recommend contractors do independent site visits and submit any questions.
