SCOPE OF WORK A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, services, permits, insurance, andequipmentwhich is specified, shown or reasonably implied to performthe followingtasks, inaccordance with local, state and federal regulations, if these tasks arerequiredasacomponent of the renovation: 1. The removal and disposal of the following asbestos containing materials, includinganyexisting debris: a. Window caulk Exterior, perimeter sealants between adjacent material andframesB. The Contractor is responsible for all of the necessary items to accomplishthisworktoinclude but not be limited to: obtaining and payment for all labor, materials, services,necessary permits, bonding, insurance, and transportation/disposal costs. C. The requirements of this Section govern specific aspects of the administrationof theWork.The Contractor is responsible for compliance of his own forces and of his subcontractorswith the requirements in this Section. D. The Contractor is responsible for all corrections of and changes in theWork, andforanydelays resulting from his failure to conform to these requirements, andfor all costsarisingthere from. E. The Contractor shall be responsible for all means and methods requiredtoperformtheworkin accordance with the Contract Documents and within the time limits establishedintheContract and this Section. F. There will be a Pre-bid Walk-through held at a time and place identifiedintheBiddingDocuments. All Contractors should attend this Pre-bid Walk-through toacquaint themselveswith the existing conditions and required scope of work
