Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Elk Grove, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Perform Lease-Leaseback construction services for the 2025 Summer Relocatable Classroom project. The Elk Grove Unified School District (District) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications/Proposal (SOQ/P) from Contractors holding a Class B license Inquiries: All questions about the meaning or intent of this RFQ/P shall be submitted to Facilities and Planning Department, in writing. The Administration reserves the right to accept or reject any and all SOQ/P, to negotiate with any and all-responsible firms, and to waive any informality in the process. The District is not responsible for any expenses related to the preparation or presentation of the SOQ/P, including travel costs. The SOQ/P may be withdrawn at any time prior to the closing date and time for receipt of SOQ/P. SCOPE OF WORK The Scope of Work for this RFP shall include, but not limited to the following Construction Services: 1. Provide constructability analysis with particular attention to the schedule and budget and evaluate materials and methods to assist the District with identifying cost savings measures. 2. Prepare preliminary and detailed estimates of project costs. 3. Development of detailed construction critical path project schedule and campus considerations. 4. Attend meetings as necessary. After assigning the Responsible Contractor, the following shall occur: 5. Soliciting bids for assembly of a GMP. 6. Presentation of GMP to Board. 7. Administrating Construction of Project. 8. Coordination of record drawings and specifications. 9. Obtaining and coordinating final testing, documentation, and governmental inspections. 10. Preparation of accounting and closeout reports. 11. Other responsibilities as necessary for the completion of the project.
