Provide constructability analysis with particular attention to the schedule and budget and evaluate materials and methods to assist the District with identifying cost savings measures. 2. Prepare preliminary and detailed estimates of project costs. 3. Development of detailed construction critical path project schedule and campus considerations. 4. Attend meetings as necessary. After assigning the Responsible Contractor, the following shall occur: 5. Soliciting bids for assembly of a GMP. 6. Presentation of GMP to Board. 7. Administrating Construction of Project. 8. Coordination of record drawings and specifications. 9. Obtaining and coordinating final testing, documentation, and governmental inspections. 10. Preparation of accounting and closeout reports. 11. Other responsibilities as necessary for the completion of the project.
