Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Powell River, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and transportation facility.

The City of Powell River invites tenders to replace asphalt pavement at the Powell River Airport (YPW) in two separate locations. The General Aviation Apron including Taxiway Bravo, and the parking lot for the main Terminal Building. Work under this Contract generally includes, but is not limited to: Paving: 3,091 m2 of 100mm asphalt paving (General Aviation Apron and Taxiway B) 3,480 m2 of 100mm asphalt paving (Terminal Parking Lot) Plus miscellaneous work including catchbasin adjustment, saw cutting at all asphalt tiein locations, etc. Documents can be obtained from https://pryceadvisory.bonfirehub.ca/
