Lake Manawa State Park Rock Reef and Outlet Pipe Work This project consists of constructing underwater fish habitat rock reefs and extending the existing Mosquito Creek outlet pipe. Habitat construction consists of placing approximately 1,140 tons of class D revetment in the lake by barge in 15- ton piles. Extending the Mosqiuto Creek outlet pipe consists of removing rock from the outlet, sliding in a 40-foot long stick of HPDE pipe, and armoring the shoreline above the pipe. Site restoration is required on all disturbed areas. All work to start after Labor Day.
