The Project consists of the construction of approximately 950 square feet of light renovation The Lewis Central Community School District will receive sealed bids for a Combined Contract, including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for the Kreft Primary School - Security Vestibule located at 3206 Renner Drive , Council Bluffs, Iowa 51501. Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding.. Question Deadline 04/01/2025 Submit all questions about Bidding Documents to the Architect, except Mechanical and Electrical questions shall be submitted to the Consulting Engineer, Alvine Engineering
